All of our passwords are stored in an encrypted format which cannot be reversed.
This means it is impossible for us to retrieve your password if you have forgotten it.

• Type in your e-mail addres and, if you already have an account with us, a new password will be generated by the site and sent to your e-mail address.
• Cut and paste this password into the password box. It is recommended that you do this when you log in because 'O' can look like '0' and lower case 'L' like a number '1' or a capital 'I' depending on the font. If you cut and paste it then there should be no problems.
• Once you have logged in you can navigate to 'My Account' and choose a new password which is easier to remember by typing it into the 'Change password' and 'Verify Password' boxes in your 'Personal Information' and pressing the 'Update Details' button to store the new password.
• After that you will be able to log in with your chosen password.
